Lottery Not Helping Education?
Interesting, this. The Oklahoma Education Association is suing the state of Oklahoma for what they perceive as underfunding of state schools. What? I thought the lottery was supposed to take care of all of our eductation money woes! How could they be squabbling when there is such an incredible out-pouring of funds provided by legalized gambling? Maybe because what has been realized is nothing even CLOSE to what was forecasted. Surprise, surprise.
