On May 10th, 2010 (Monday), Frank Frazetta passed away, due to a stroke. He was a giant talent in the comics, fantasy and sci-fi industries. While much of his work was of a risque nature, featuring scantily-clad women, I have greatly enjoyed his earlier, more family-friendly comics work. Few have had a larger impact on comics fans. Prayers for his family and loved ones.
